TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "EXTEND YOUR STAY" PROMOTION
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA  

Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and RNT 4244, with its registered office at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26, Office 902 in Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel"), will carry out the promotion called "EXTEND YOUR STAY" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), which can be booked and acquired from February 7, 2024, at 12:00 PM until November 26, 2024, at 12:00 PM, and is valid for stays from March 22, 2024, at 3:00 PM until November 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM (hereinafter referred to as the "Validity Period").  

Promotion Description:

1. During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, whereby the customer can purchase a promotion titled "Extend Your Stay," which includes the following services and products:  

2. A minimum stay of four (4) nights in the reserved room category of their choice for one or two people.  

3. The accommodation cost for three nights will be paid, and the fourth night will be at a value of COP $0.  

4. Buffet breakfast at Harry’s restaurant for the person(s) who booked the Promotion, for each day of the stay, totaling five (5) breakfasts per person for the package purchased.  

5. Airport-to-Hotel transportation (1 trip). This must be scheduled 24 hours before arrival by sending the following information to the email: res@charlestonsantateresa.com:  

    - Airline  
    - Flight number  
    - Arrival time  

The Promotion does not include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, transportation to or from the Hotel, or any meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.  

Only applicable for adults over 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.  

Rooms are subject to the Hotel’s availability.  

The applicable prices for the Promotion per room category are as follows:  

Prices may increase if the customer decides to extend the stay beyond 4 nights, according to the applicable room rates.  

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable rate.* No modifications or cancellations are allowed for the reservation. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in a penalty charge of 100% of the Promotion's value.  

Non-refundable rates:

Non-refundable rates are those that, according to the Hotel's policies, are non-refundable except in cases of guarantee, right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. If the customer does not fall within these events, as outlined in these terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Hotel published at [...], [JC2], no refund request will be accepted, and the conditions of the booked reservation will not be modified.  

Guarantee:

100% of the Promotion’s value must be paid at the time of booking. This guarantee applies in cases of (i) failure of Hotel services included in the Promotion and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion reservation within the booking period.  

Early check-in or late check-out is allowed based on availability and applicable Hotel costs.  

Attendance Conditions:

Any person wishing to enjoy the Promotion must make a prior reservation. Reservations can be made (i) through the Hotel’s website at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com; (ii) directly at the Hotel reception; (iii) by emailing res@charlestonsantateresa.com; or (iv) by calling +57 (605) 6649494.  

The Promotion can be reserved and acquired from February 7, 2024, at 12:00 PM until November 26, 2024, at 12:00 PM, and enjoyed from March 22, 2024, at 3:00 PM until November 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM. Upon booking, the customer must indicate the date they will redeem the Promotion and whether it applies to one (1) or two (2) people.  

There is no limit on available Promotions. A limit of three (3) Promotions per person applies, reserved under the same name and identification number.  

The Promotion price is fixed according to the rates listed in Section 1 of these terms and conditions.  

100% of the Promotion's value must be paid at the time of booking. There will be no refunds or compensation vouchers if the guest fails to attend the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion.  

All attendees must meet the requirements in these terms and conditions.  

No pets are allowed in the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right of admission.  

Validity Period: 

The Validity Period is non-extendable; participation or attendance before or after the mentioned period will not be accepted.  

Organizer’s Responsibility:

The Organizer and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages or injuries suffered by participants or third parties during or as a result of the Promotion and/or transfer to the Hotel that is not directly attributable under applicable law and these terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY AT HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA

Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and RNT 4244, with its registered address at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the “Organizer”), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the "Hotel"), will host the event called New Year's Eve Party 2024 (hereinafter the “Event”) to be held from December 31, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. until January 1, 2025, at 3:00 a.m. at the Plaza Santa Teresa of the Hotel (hereinafter the “Validity Period”).

Event Description: The Organizer, during the Validity Period, will host the Event, which will include a dinner from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024, and a party lasting until 3:00 a.m. on January 1, 2025. Entry to the Event will begin at 8:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024.
The ticket price does not include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tips, transportation to and from the Event, or accommodation at the Hotel.
The entry of food and beverages of any kind is not allowed.
There is no planned activity for children.
Table location is subject to availability, according to the plan attached to the Event information letter, which will be provided to each attendee. This plan shows the physical layout of the Plaza Santa Teresa at the Hotel, the number of available chairs and tables, their location, access conditions, and seating arrangements.
Dress code: Formal attire.
Ticket Price: 2,350,000 COP

Attendance Conditions: To attend and gain access to the Event, all attendees, regardless of age, must present their ticket at the entrance of the designated Event hall. Each ticket allows entry for one (1) person. The price of each ticket is in Colombian pesos and can only be purchased at the Hotel’s authorized points, which are: (i) at the Hotel reception; and (ii) by phone at +57 (605) 6649494.
Tickets for the Event will be sold from October 1, 2024, until December 31, 2024, at 9:00 p.m. or until the available tickets are sold out, whichever comes first. There are 220 tickets available.
The ticket price is a fixed COP $2,350,000. No delivery fee will be charged for ticket delivery, as they will only be delivered upon pickup from December 28, 2024, at the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, for in-person purchases, or via email for purchases made over the phone.
100% of the ticket value must be paid at the time of reservation, and there are no refunds or compensation vouchers in the event of the attendee's absence for any reason.
All individuals who meet each of the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions may attend the Event. Attendance at the Event and purchase of the ticket imply full knowledge and acceptance of the Event’s mechanics, terms, and conditions.
Minors are allowed entry only if accompanied at all times by their parents or a responsible adult.
Entry to the Event will not be allowed to those who do not meet all of these terms and conditions or who attend the Event with false or third-party information.
Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be allowed entry or remain at the Event.
Pets are not allowed at the Event.
The Hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence.

Validity Period: The Validity Period is non-extendable; participation and attendance outside of the mentioned period will not be accepted.

Organizer's Responsibility: The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any damages or harm suffered by attendees or third parties due to or during participation in the Event and/or traveling to fulfill the requirements of these terms and conditions, unless directly attributable to the Organizer in accordance with applicable law and these terms and conditions, thereby disclaiming any contractual and/or non-contractual liability to attendees, their companions, or their successors, which is accepted by each attendee.
Attendees acknowledge and accept that the Event dinner is buffet-style, and it is their sole responsibility to choose from the available food options, thus exempting the Organizer from any liability for allergies or congenital conditions triggered by their food choices from the Buffet.
Furthermore, the Organizer and its affiliates are not liable for damages, thefts, and/or robberies that may occur to attendees and/or third parties, nor for damages or complaints between attendees or with third parties due to their behavior during the Event. Each attendee is solely responsible for their attendance and its consequences, as well as their behavior during the Event.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove attendees from the Event through its security personnel if, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, the attendee is behaving inappropriately and disturbing other attendees or causing damage to the Hotel.
By attending, all attendees agree to acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will be available at the Hotel reception and on the website www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/termsandconditions from the start of ticket sales until the Event concludes.
The Organizer's responsibility and that of its affiliates will end entirely upon the conclusion of the Event.
The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, provided that the essence of them is not altered, and must notify such modifications to attendees in advance through the same communication channels used for its initial dissemination, without generating any right or claim by the attendees.
In case of force majeure and/or unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to carry out or continue the Event, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently, as well as introduce relevant modifications, informing attendees through the same communication channels used for the Event's announcement. In case the Event cannot take place due to force majeure, such as, but not limited to, a National or District Government measure prohibiting events, attendees will be given the option of choosing a refund, following the procedure established in current Colombian legislation.
The Organizer adheres to the provisions of Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, against the use and exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism activities.

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to: (i) Access the provided data free of charge that has been processed. (ii) Know, update, and rectify your information when it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, divided, misleading, or when its processing is prohibited or has not been authorized. (iii) Request proof of the authorization granted. (iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of current regulations. (v) Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data, provided that no legal or contractual duty prevents their elimination. (vi) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FALL IN THE CARIBBEAN PROMOTION
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA

Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Office 902, Bogotá D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel"), will carry out the promotion called FALL IN THE CARIBBEAN (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"). This promotion can be booked and acquired from October 1, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. until November 27, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from October 1, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. until November 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Validity Period").

Promotion Description:

1. During the Validity Period, the Organizer will carry out the Promotion, under which the client may purchase the Fall in the Caribbean package that includes the following services and products:  

2. A minimum stay of three (3) nights in the chosen room category for one or a maximum of two people.  

3. Accommodation for two nights will be charged, and the third night will be valued at COP $0. Even if more than three (3) nights are reserved, only one (1) night will be priced at COP $0.  

4. Buffet breakfast at Harry’s Restaurant for the person(s) who booked the Promotion for each day of the stay.  

5. Airport to Hotel transportation (one way), to be scheduled 24 hours in advance by sending the following information to: res@charlestonsantateresa.com

The Promotion does not include alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, departure transportation, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.

Additional Conditions: 

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.  
Room availability is subject to the Hotel’s capacity.  
Rates start at $350 USD per night*, and the third night is complimentary.
*Payment is to be made in Colombian pesos at the Representative Market Rate (TRM) applicable at the time of booking.

Rates may increase if the client decides to extend the stay beyond three (3) nights, according to the applicable room rates at the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable rate*. No modifications or cancellations are permitted. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty equivalent to 100% of the reserved Promotion value.  
*Non-refundable rates: Rates labeled as "non-refundable" cannot be refunded according to the Hotel's policies, except in cases of guarantees, right of withdrawal, or payment reversals. If the client does not meet these conditions, as outlined in these terms and conditions and the Hotel’s general terms and conditions published at [...], their refund request will not proceed, nor will modifications to the booked reservations be accepted.  

Guarantee:

100% payment of the reserved Promotion is required. This guarantee applies in cases of (i) service failures at the Hotel included in the Promotion, and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion reservation within the allowed reservation period.

Organizer's Responsibility:

The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be responsible for damages or injuries sustained by attendees or third parties in relation to their participation in the Promotion or travel to the Hotel, unless such responsibility is directly attributable according to applicable law and these terms and conditions.  
Attendees/clients acknowledge that the buffet breakfast is the only included meal and accept full responsibility for their food choices from the buffet selection.  
The Organizer is not responsible for damages, theft, or losses experienced by attendees/clients or third parties, nor for disputes or issues arising among attendees/clients or with third parties during the Promotion.  
The Organizer reserves the right to remove attendees/clients from the Hotel through its security personnel if, in the Organizer's discretion, they are behaving inappropriately or disturbing other attendees/clients.
