TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 45–DAY ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE PROMOTION
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA

Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with Tax ID (NIT) 830.032.945-3 and Tourism Registry No. 4244, headquartered at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter, the "Organizer"), operator of Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 #31–23, Cartagena, Cartagena Province (hereinafter, the "Hotel"), will carry out the promotion called 45-Day Advance Purchase Rate (hereinafter, the "Promotion"), which may be reserved and purchased from April 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until november 05, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., and may be enjoyed from April 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter, the "Validity Period").

1. Promotion Description

During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, through which the client may purchase the 45-Day Advance Purchase Rate, which includes the following services and products:

• A minimum stay of two (2) nights in the selected room category for one or two people.

• Buffet breakfast at Harry’s Restaurant for the guest(s) (maximum 2 guests) for each day of the stay.

• Prices in USD are subject to the exchange rate (TRM) in Colombia on the date of purchase. Payment must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP).

The Promotion does not include alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, transportation services from the Hotel, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.

Only applicable to guests over the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Rooms are subject to availability at the Hotel.

This promotion is valid only for bookings made at least forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the arrival date. Bookings that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for the benefits described herein. Conditions and restrictions apply in accordance with Colombian law.

2. Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable rate. Changes or cancellations to the booking are not allowed. If the cancellation policy is not followed, the client will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the Promotion value reserved.

Non-refundable rates: Rates marked as "non-refundable" are not eligible for refunds, except in cases involving legal guarantees, the right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. If the client does not qualify under any of these exceptions, as detailed in these terms and the general terms and conditions available at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/es/terminos-condiciones, refund requests will not be processed, and changes to the booking will not be permitted.

Guarantee: Full (100%) payment is required to confirm the Promotion. This guarantee applies in cases of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion, and (ii) cancellation of the reservation within the timeframe allowed for bookings.

3. Attendance Conditions

Anyone wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have a prior reservation. Reservations may be made via:

The Promotion may be reserved and purchased between April 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and November 05, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed between April 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.

At the time of booking, the client must specify the redemption date and whether the reservation is for one (1) or two (2) persons.

A maximum of three (3) Promotions may be reserved per person under the same name and identification number.

100% payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds or compensation vouchers will be issued in case of no-show for any reason.

Only adults who meet all requirements in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. By purchasing the Promotion and attending the Hotel, guests acknowledge and fully accept these terms and conditions.

Guests who do not comply with the requirements, or who use false or third-party information, will not be allowed entry.

Entry will not be permitted to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Pets are not allowed.

The Hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence.

4. Validity Period

The Validity Period is final and non-extendable. Reservations or visits outside the established dates will not be accepted.

5. Organizer’s Responsibility

The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses suffered by guests or third parties arising from or in connection with their participation in the Promotion or travel to the Hotel, except when directly attributable to the Organizer under applicable law. The Organizer therefore disclaims all contractual and extra-contractual liability, which is acknowledged and accepted by each guest.

Guests acknowledge that the Promotion breakfast is served buffet-style, and they are solely responsible for selecting their food. The Organizer shall not be liable for allergic reactions or medical conditions caused by the guest’s food choices.

The Organizer and its affiliates are also not liable for damages, theft, or losses suffered by guests or third parties, or for disputes or incidents between guests or with third parties during the Promotion.

Each guest is solely responsible for their participation in the Promotion and behavior at the Hotel.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any guest from the Hotel if, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, their behavior is inappropriate, disruptive to others, or damaging to the Hotel.

By attending, all guests accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions, which will remain available at the Hotel’s front desk and on the website: www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/terminosycondiciones, during the reservation and redemption periods.

The Organizer’s liability ends upon conclusion of the Promotion.

The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions as long as their essence remains unchanged, and such changes will be communicated in advance via the same channels used to promote the Promotion. No claims may be made by guests as a result of such modifications.

In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the Promotion from taking place or continuing, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently and make the necessary changes, which will be communicated to guests through the same channels used to promote the Promotion.

If the Promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure, such as—without limitation—a national or local government measure prohibiting events or accommodation services, guests may choose to receive a refund, which will be processed in accordance with applicable Colombian law.

The Organizer complies with Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism.

6. Privacy Notice

The protection of your data is a priority for us.

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any laws that modify or supplement them, Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and located at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá D.C., will collect, use, store, circulate, transmit, transfer, and generally process your personal data as the data controller. The purposes of processing include, but are not limited to:
(i) Improving products and services;
(ii) Authorizing and managing participation in Hotel events;
(iii) Conducting solvency checks and fraud prevention;
(iv) Customer service;
(v) Advertising, marketing, and opinion studies;
(vi) Offering products, services, discounts, promotions, events, and raffles;
(vii) Identifying and authenticating users;
(viii) Managing apps and social media;
(ix) Data enrichment;
(x) Analyzing browsing habits;
(xi) Profiling clients and visitors;
(xii) Performance analysis;
(xiii) Conducting business activities.

As a data subject, you have the right to:
(i) Access your data free of charge;
(ii) Know, update, and correct your data when it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or when unauthorized processing is occurring;
(iii) Request proof of consent;
(iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations;
(v) Revoke consent and/or request deletion of your data unless legally or contractually restricted;
(vi) Refuse to provide sensitive data.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON RATES 2025-2026
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA

Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Oficina 902 in Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), operator of Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”), will carry out the promotion titled HOLIDAY SEASON RATES 2025-2026 (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which may be booked and purchased from 12:00 PM on May 12, 2025, until 12:00 PM on December 28, 2025, for stay from 3:00 PM on December 29, 2025, until 12:00 PM on January 3, 2026, at the Hotel (hereinafter the “Validity Period”).

1. Description of the Promotion:

During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, under which the customer who purchases the HOLIDAY SEASON RATES 2025-2026 Promotion will be entitled to the following included products and services during the established stay period, which form an integral part of the offer:

1. Daily breakfast service, à la carte or buffet, for two (2) adults, served at Harry's Cartagena restaurant within the Hotel, during the days corresponding to the contracted stay under this Promotion.

2. Private one-way transportation service from Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena to the Hotel, exclusively for the guests holding the reservation and on their arrival date. This service will be provided once per reservation.

3. Special welcome amenity consisting of a tropical fruit basket, placed in the guest’s assigned room upon arrival, which will be provided as a courtesy at no additional cost.

4. One (1) complimentary drink per guest, served at check-in at the Hotel, according to the guest’s preference and subject to availability.

5. One (1) bottle of Piccolo sparkling wine, delivered to the room on December 31, 2025, as a special gift for the New Year's celebration. This bottle will be provided per room and is non-exchangeable for other products or monetary values.

6. Special welcome gift, delivered once per room at check-in, the nature of which will be determined at the Hotel's discretion and subject to availability. The gift is non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be accumulated.

The Promotion does not include additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, additional hotel transportation, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry's.

Applicable only for adults over 18 years of age and minors accompanied by an adult.

Rooms are subject to Hotel availability.

2. Mandatory Booking Dates:

Reservations made for the period between December 29, 2025, and January 3, 2026, must include a minimum stay of three (3) nights and must mandatorily cover the nights of December 30 and 31, 2025. Therefore, reservations that do not include at least these dates in the stay itinerary will not be accepted. This condition is mandatory and non-negotiable.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable rate*. No modifications or cancellations to the reservation are allowed. If this cancellation policy is not met, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the reserved Promotion value will be charged to the customer.

*Non-refundable rates: Rates with the label "non-refundable" are those that, according to the Hotel's policies, are non-refundable unless there are events involving a guarantee, right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. Therefore, if the customer is not within one of these events, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein and the general terms and conditions of the Hotel published at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/es/terminos-condiciones, their request for a refund will not be processed, and no changes will be made to the terms of the reservation.

Guarantee: 100% payment of the reserved Promotion. This guarantee applies in the event of (i) failure of Hotel services included in the Promotion, and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion reservation within the booking period.

4. Assistance Conditions:

Any person wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have made a prior reservation. Reservations can be made (i) through the Hotel’s website https://reservations.travelclick.com/6465?ProdID=748984&LanguageID=2; (ii) directly at the Hotel's reception; (iii) by emailing res@charlestonsantateresa.com; or (iv) by phone at +57 (605) 6649494.

The Promotion can be booked and purchased from 12:00 PM on May 12, 2025, until 12:00 PM on December 28, 2025, for stay from 3:00 PM on December 29, 2025, until 12:00 PM on January 3, 2026, at the Hotel (hereinafter the "Validity Period"). At the time of booking and purchasing the Promotion, the customer must indicate the date they will redeem the Promotion and whether it will apply for one (1) or two (2) people. Reservations made for the period between December 29, 2025, and January 3, 2026, must include a minimum stay of three (3) nights and must mandatorily cover the nights of December 30 and 31, 2025. Therefore, reservations that do not include at least these dates in the stay itinerary will not be accepted. This condition is mandatory and non-negotiable.

There is a limit of three (3) Promotions per person, booked under the same name and identification number.

100% of the Promotion value must be paid at the time of booking, and no refunds or compensation vouchers will be issued for non-attendance at the Hotel for any reason.

Only adults who meet all the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions can attend the Hotel. Attending the Hotel and purchasing the Promotion implies total knowledge and acceptance of its mechanics, terms, and conditions.

Entry to the Hotel is not allowed for persons who do not meet all the terms and conditions, or those who present false data or data of third parties.

Entry to the Hotel is not permitted for intoxicated persons or those under the influence of hallucinogenic substances.

Pets are not allowed at the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and stay.

5. Additional Person Policy:

• In the context of this Promotion, children aged between zero (0) and four (4) years may stay free of charge, provided they share a room with their parents or responsible adults.

• For children over four (4) years old, an additional charge of USD $180 (one hundred eighty US dollars) per night applies, which includes the daily breakfast.

• If accommodation is required for an additional adult in the same room, a charge of COP $700,000 (seven hundred thousand Colombian pesos) per night applies, including breakfast.

6. Validity Period:

The Validity Period is non-extendable, and no participation or attendance is allowed after or before the mentioned period.

7. Organizer’s Responsibility:

The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by attendees or third parties as a result of their participation in the Promotion and/or the transfer to the Hotel, unless directly attributable according to applicable law and these terms and conditions.

Attendees/clients acknowledge and accept that the breakfast in the Promotion is buffet style, and it is their exclusive responsibility to choose the food items from the available variety, relieving the Organizer from any liability for allergies or pre-existing conditions triggered by the choice of food.

The Organizer and its affiliates are also not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss suffered by attendees/clients and/or third parties, nor for any damages or dissatisfaction caused by attendees/clients or others due to their behavior during the Promotion.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove attendees/clients from the Hotel through its security staff if, in the sole discretion of the Organizer, the attendee/client behaves inappropriately or disrupts other attendees/clients.

By attending, all attendees agree to know and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will remain at the Hotel’s reception and on the website www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/termsandconditions, from the start of the booking and redemption period for the Promotion.

The Organizer’s responsibility and that of its affiliates end upon completion of the Promotion.

The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, provided that the essence of the Promotion is not altered, and such changes will be communicated to attendees through the same means used for dissemination, without giving rise to any claim or right from the attendees.

In the event of force majeure and/or unforeseen circumstances preventing the Promotion from being carried out or continued, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently, or make any necessary modifications, informing attendees through the same communication channels used previously. In case of impossibility to carry out the Promotion due to force majeure, such as a government measure prohibiting the holding of events or providing accommodation services, attendees will have the option to choose a refund according to current Colombian legislation.

The Organizer adheres to the provisions of Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, regarding the prevention of sexual exploitation of children, adolescents, and minors in tourism activities.

Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with Tax ID No. 830.032.945-3 and RNT 4244, with its registered office at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the “Organizer”), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the “Hotel”), will carry out the promotion called Last Minute Summer Scape (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which can be booked and purchased from June 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. until July 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from June 16, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. until July 30, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Hotel (hereinafter the “Validity Period”).

1. Promotion Description:

During the Validity Period, the Organizer will run the Promotion, under which the customer may purchase the Last Minute Summer Scape Promotion, which includes the following services and products:

• A minimum stay of two (2) nights in the reserved room category of your choice for one or two persons.

• Buffet breakfast at Harry’s restaurant for the guest(s) (maximum 2 guests) who booked the promotion, for each day of the stay.

Prices in USD are subject to the exchange rate (TRM) in Colombia on the day of purchase. Payment must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP).

The Promotion does not include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, hotel transportation, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.

Valid only for persons over 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Rooms are subject to availability at the Hotel.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable rate. No changes or cancellations are allowed. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in a penalty equal to 100% of the value of the Promotion booked.

Non-refundable rates: Rates marked as “non-refundable” are not subject to reimbursement according to Hotel policy, except in cases of guarantee, right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. If the customer does not fall under one of these events, as described in these terms and conditions and in the general terms and conditions of the Hotel published at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/es/terminos-condiciones, no refund or modification of the booking conditions will be granted.

Guarantee: 100% payment of the Promotion at the time of booking. This guarantee applies in the event of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion, and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion booking within the booking period.

People who do not comply with these terms and conditions, or who attend the Hotel with false or third-party information, will not be allowed to enter.

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed entry.

Pets are not allowed at the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence.

4. Validity Period:

The Validity Period is non-extendable. No bookings or attendance will be accepted before or after the stated period.

5. Organizer’s Liability:

The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages suffered by attendees or third parties, arising from participation in the Promotion and/or travel to the Hotel, which are not directly attributable to the Organizer in accordance with applicable law and these terms and conditions. The Organizer therefore disclaims all contractual or non-contractual liability to attendees/customers, their companions, or their successors, which is acknowledged by each participant.

Attendees/customers acknowledge that the Promotion includes a buffet breakfast, and it is their sole responsibility to choose their food from the available options, thus releasing the Organizer from liability for allergies or congenital illnesses triggered by their food choices.

The Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for damages, theft, or robbery suffered by attendees/customers or third parties, or for conflicts between attendees or with third parties during the Promotion. Each attendee/customer is solely responsible for attending the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion and for their behavior.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee/customer from the Hotel through its security personnel if, at the Organizer's sole discretion, the attendee/customer is behaving inappropriately or disturbing others or causing damage to the Hotel.

By attending, all participants accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions. The terms will be available at the Hotel front desk and at www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/terminosycondiciones from the reservation start date through the end of the Promotion redemption period.

The Organizer’s liability ends entirely upon the conclusion of the Promotion.

The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions as long as the essence is not altered and provided that such changes are previously notified to participants through the same communication channels used for the Promotion, without creating any rights or claims for participants.

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the execution or continuation of the Promotion, the Organizer may suspend it permanently or temporarily, or introduce relevant changes, duly informing participants through the same channels used to promote the Promotion. If the Promotion cannot be held due to force majeure — including but not limited to any government measure prohibiting events or lodging services — participants may request a refund, which will follow the procedure established in current Colombian law.

The Organizer adheres to Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, regarding the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism.

As the owner of your data, you have the right to: (i) free access to your data; (ii) request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data; (iii) request proof of authorization granted; (iv) file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce; (v) revoke your authorization or request deletion of your data, provided no legal or contractual duty prevents it; and (vi) refrain from answering sensitive data questions.

Charleston Hotels S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the “Organizer”), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the “Hotel”), will carry out the promotion called NOCHE DE BODAS (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which may be booked and purchased from June 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from June 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Hotel (hereinafter the “Validity Period”).

1. Description of the Promotion:

During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, under which the client may purchase the Noche de Bodas Promotion, which includes the following services and products:

• A minimum stay of one (1) night in the selected room category of their choice for two people.
• The package includes daily breakfast for two (2) guests at Harry’s restaurant, valid for each day of the stay.
• The Hotel will provide private round-trip Airport – Hotel – Airport transportation for two (2) people. This service must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the transfer date by sending the corresponding information to: res@charlestonsantateresa.com. The request must include:

• Prices in USD are subject to the TRM (Representative Market Rate) in Colombia on the date of purchase. Payment will be made in Colombian pesos (COP).

The Promotion does not include additional alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, gratuities, minibar, additional transportation beyond what is stated, or meals other than the breakfast buffet at Harry’s.

Only applicable for individuals over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Rooms are subject to Hotel availability.

2. Cancellation Policy:

The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. In case of no-show, the full amount will also be charged. Full prepayment of the reservation is required within 7 days prior to arrival.

Guarantee: 100% payment of the reserved Promotion. This guarantee applies in events of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion reservation within the permitted booking period.

Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed, subject to availability and applicable Hotel charges.

3. Conditions of Attendance:

Anyone wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have made a prior reservation. Reservations can be made (i) through the Hotel website https://reservations.travelclick.com/6465?ProdID=748984&LanguageID=2; (ii) directly at the Hotel reception; (iii) by emailing res@charlestonsantateresa.com; or (iv) by calling +57 (605) 6649494.

The Promotion may be booked and purchased from June 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from June 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Upon booking and purchasing the Promotion, the client must indicate the redemption date and specify whether it applies to one (1) or two (2) people.

A maximum of three (3) Promotions per person may be reserved under the same name and ID number.

The price of the Promotion is fixed according to the terms set out in section 1 of these terms and conditions.

100% of the Promotion cost must be paid at the time of booking, and there will be no refunds or compensation vouchers in case of no-show for any reason.

Only individuals of legal age who meet all the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. Attending the Hotel and purchasing the Promotion implies full knowledge and acceptance of the mechanics, terms, and conditions.

Persons who do not comply with all the terms and conditions, or who attend the Hotel using false or third-party information, will not be allowed entry.

Intoxicated persons or those under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to enter the Hotel.

Pets are not allowed at the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right of admission and continued stay.

4. Validity Period:

The Validity Period is non-extendable; no participation or attendance will be accepted before or after the indicated period.

5. Organizer’s Liability:

The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or injuries suffered by participants or third parties due to or in connection with participation in the Promotion and/or transportation to the Hotel, unless directly attributable to them under applicable law and these terms and conditions. Accordingly, they disclaim any contractual and/or non-contractual liability toward participants/clients, their companions, or their successors, which is accepted by each participant/client.

Participants/clients acknowledge and accept that the breakfast included in the Promotion is served buffet-style and that the selection of food is their sole responsibility, thereby releasing the Organizer from any liability for allergies or pre-existing conditions that may result from their food choices.

Likewise, the Organizer and its affiliates are not liable for damages, theft, and/or robbery suffered by participants/clients and/or third parties, nor for any harm or dissatisfaction caused among attendees/clients or with third parties due to their behavior during participation in the Promotion. Each participant/client shall be solely responsible for their attendance at the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion and the consequences thereof, including their behavior at the Hotel.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove participants/clients from the Hotel through its security personnel if, at its sole discretion, the participant/client is acting inappropriately, disturbing others, or causing damage to the Hotel.

By attending, all participants agree to be aware of and accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will be available at the Hotel reception and on the website www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/terminosycondiciones from the date on which the reservation and redemption period begins.

The Organizer's and its affiliates’ liability shall terminate in all respects upon completion of the Promotion.

The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, provided that the essence is not altered, and must notify participants of such changes in advance using the same communication channels used to promote the Promotion, without this giving rise to any rights or claims by the participants/clients.

In the event of force majeure and/or acts of God making it impossible to carry out or continue the Promotion, the Organizer may suspend it, either permanently or temporarily, and may also introduce relevant changes, informing participants/clients through the same channels originally used for communicating the Promotion. In the event the Promotion cannot be held due to force majeure—including, but not limited to, a national or local government measure prohibiting events or accommodation services—participants/clients may choose to have their payment reimbursed, subject to the procedure established under current Colombian law.

The Organizer adheres to the provisions of Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, which aim to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism activities.

6. Privacy Notice:

The protection of your personal data is fundamental to us.

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any regulations that amend, supplement, or replace them, Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and with main address at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá D.C., will collect, use, store, circulate, transmit, transfer, and in general process your personal data as the data controller. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (i) to improve our products and services; (ii) to authorize and allow your participation and attendance in Charleston Hotels S.A.S. events; (iii) to conduct controls to assess your creditworthiness and prevent fraud; (iv) to ensure proper customer service; (v) for advertising, marketing, and opinion research; (vi) to offer products, services, discounts, promotions, events, raffles, and more; (vii) to identify and authenticate your identity; (viii) for application and social media management; (ix) to enrich our data; (x) to assess browsing habits; (xi) to profile our clients and visitors; (xii) for performance analysis; and (xiii) to conduct the commercial activities of Hoteles Charleston S.A.S.

As the data subject, you have the right to: (i) freely access the data you have provided that has been processed; (ii) know, update, and correct your information in the case of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading data, or data that is prohibited or unauthorized for processing; (iii) request proof of the authorization granted; (iv) file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the applicable data protection regulations; (v) revoke your authorization and/or request data deletion, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation preventing such deletion; (vi) refrain from answering questions regarding sensitive data.
